Silvelox launches ‘W_Concept’ at MadeExpo 2008. Developed in association with award-winning Milan architects Buratti+Battiston, ‘W_Concept’ showcases how door design can now not only complement but be an intrinsic part of a building’s facade.
Essentially, ‘W_Concept’ involves cladding a part of the exterior in wood, the panels of which incorporate the garage and, where chosen, an entrance door. All elements fuse together synergistically into a cohesive, unified design that is as starkly striking as it is minimalistically contemporary.
