Wood, after being cut and carved, remains a natural, living material that needs to be protected from the elements and parasites.
To guard against these, 15 years ago Silvelox perfected the process of impregnating our timber with preservatives and varnishing it with eco-friendly water soluble products. The result is a highly protective film, which maintains the ‘health’ and beauty of the wood.
The top coat of varnish is guaranteed to remain waterproof for a minimum of 4 years, provided it has not been damaged by an impact.
Our Research & Development team has specially developed a Renovation Kit containing special resins, that will ‘feed’ the wood when applied annually with a cloth.
