CE marking
CE Marking is your assurance that our doors fully comply with the latest European Directives
From 1st May 2005 producers of building products need to follow regulations given by the European directive CPD (Construction Product Directive).
The Italian law DPR n° 246/93 dated 21st April 1993, which put into validity the European directive (all European norms always need to be “translated” into laws in every country of the European Union), makes compulsory for the producers of products which follow the CPD rules to prepare for every product a declaration of conformity and to mark their products with a CE label (that means the product follows EU rules)
The above is valid for garage and double leaf doors.
For entrance doors, the above is not compulsory yet, it will be from February 2009. We already have most of certifications needed to have our products marked CE and we are working to get the missing certifications.
